Feed not updating

Two schedules decide what a channel shows. The app regenerates your feed file, then the channel fetches it on its own schedule. Staleness can come from either side.

Check the app side

• Open the feed and check the Feed delivery card. It shows the last run and when the next daily refresh happens.
• Saving changes in the editor rebuilds the feed right away. You never need to wait for a schedule after a save.
• Paused feeds do not update. Check the enabled switch in the Setup tab.
• An over limit banner means updates are paused until you upgrade or reduce usage. The last file keeps serving.
• Free plans refresh daily. Paid plans also refresh within minutes of product changes.
• Sync catalog on the dashboard reads your whole catalog from Shopify again, then refreshes your feeds. Use it when a product change has not reached your feed.

Check the channel side

• Every channel fetches on its own schedule. Pinterest ingests about once a day and AppLovin pulls once a day. Others are configurable.
• Check the channel's data source page for its last fetch time and result.
• For Google API push feeds, item updates flow directly after each run. Check the item statuses in the app.
