Plans, billing and limits
Plans scale with your catalog size and the number of feeds you run. Every plan includes working feeds with smart defaults.
What paid plans add
- Free: one Google Shopping feed with smart defaults, refreshed daily. Up to 10 products.
- Paid plans: every feature. Attribute customization, instant updates after catalog changes, direct Merchant Center push, feeds for channels beyond Google, AI assistant connections, market feeds, supplemental, inventory and review feed types, and feed passwords.
- Higher tiers: bigger catalogs and more feeds only. Plans are named by their product limit. See Settings, then Plan in the app for exact numbers.
Feeds per plan
Each plan includes a number of feeds. Every feed counts, including market feeds and paused feeds. Delete feeds you no longer need to stay under the limit.
Going over a limit
Nothing is deleted, ever. If your catalog or feed count exceeds the plan, feed updates pause and the app shows a banner. Your feeds keep serving their last generated files. Upgrade or reduce usage and updates resume automatically.
Billing
Billing runs through Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Plans include a free trial. Downgrades keep your settings saved even when a feature is no longer active.
Frequently asked questions
Do paused feeds count toward my plan?
Yes. A paused feed keeps its settings and still counts. Delete the feed to reduce your feed count.
What happens to my customizations if I downgrade?
They are saved but not applied while the plan does not include customization. Feeds generate from smart defaults until you upgrade again.
